Hello,
I live in Skagit County in Washington State and out neighborhood was just introduced to these obnoxious devices. Of course our local Sheriff, who is pretty much good for nothing except collecting a paycheck, says there's nothing he can do.

Anyway, sorry you suffer the same fate as us.
