I have been looking at your website and we are having the same problem here in the UK.
I live in a rural area in Oxfordshire and we are experiencing the same kind of problem as you are with these propane cannons which are going off every 5 mins from dawn to dusk, 7 days a week.
I have been in contact with our local enviromental health officer which deals with noise, etc. and he has tried to address the problems. In this country
The National Farmers Union Guidelines
specify that cannons should not be used on Sundays, which worked for about one week! This problem is still ongoing day after day for the past six months! I am getting very tired of it.
I have emailed the world health organisation - (waste of time) no reply and I have contacted my local member of parliment - but still waiting for a reply.
The cannons have increased in noise with up to 10 / 15 seconds between each discharge.
In the morning it sounds like the battle of the Somme! with up to 5 separate cannons being used from the same area.
Advice please??
