We'll eat blueberries
when the cannons are banned

To: The Editor,
Every summer, I read about the health benefits of blueberries while I feel myself going insane over the constant blasts of the propane cannons.

My wife and I try to escape the war sounds here in southwest Cloverdale, but even when walking along Crescent Beach or through the Sunnyside Urban Forest, we cannot escape the staccato of gunfire.

We promise to eat blueberries and support our local food industry once propane cannons are banned and we can enjoy summertime again.
