Hello, I spoke briefly to an officer about rules last year. Things have changed this year, our neighbor blue berry farmer has installed a multiple shot cannon about 130 meters from my house and less from my neighbors house. The hours of firing have been 7 am to 12 and 2:30 pm to 8 pm. By guidlines from your web site show this is not the right distance or time to fire.
We would appreciate your action in this matter, the farmer does not live on this property, I have no idea how to contact him, he has never contacted us.
I was raised on a farm and farmed for 26 years myself, our farm is 125 years old this year, neighbors treat each other with respect, when the respect is gone the alternative is not Canadian.
